Dear Lord,
Today is a new day and already I have been running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Not once in all my prep for the day did I take time out to pray. Now it's after 6 a.m. and I forced myself to become calm and compose my morning prayer and greeting to You.
So God, how's it going for You today. If I think I'm busy, then I know You are swamped with cares for us earthly mortals. Have a good day, God.
As I take the time to stop and breathe, I can center myself and feel Your love enfold me. So day You and I will conquer the world and handle anything thrown at me. I know this because You are with me. Thanks!
