Dear Lord Jesus Christ,
I thank you for your sacrifice on the cross for the forgiveness of my sins. Please enforce the power of the cross on all my generational inherited weaknesses, my character defects, my personality traits, any genetic or cellular disorder and my tendency to sin. Please break all unhealthy soul-ties between me and my parents, my siblings, my spouse and my children.
By the power of your love, I take the sword of the Spirit and cut myself free from all tendencies toward sin. I sever all unhealthy ties and enmeshments in your name, Jesus Christ. I say I am now free. I am free to be the child of God that the Lord intended me to be.
