Help me to guard the words coming out of my mouth. I know my words can be stinging and hurtful. I know this is wrong. Help me work on sowing wise words instead of cutting and nasty words. Help me to listen twice as much as I spout off because You gave me two ears but one mouth. This is going to be a constant struggle for me and I can only do this with Your help. Please! Amen
